The house has a rugged construction system with a steel concrete structure with a rustic finish facing the brick. It is modern style and fast construction.

The boundary fence highlights the intense green two-color steel doors and the structure has a textured concrete wall with horizontal lines.

Brick Backside Front

At the end of the second floor, the bricks fall away from the walls and are as if they are floating on roof railing.

One of the designer architect's approaches is to open the house outwards, with the second floor footage facing the garden and a beautiful view from the terrace roof facing the neighbor's tree.
